Sebastian Fritze is a composer and producer working across film, television, and branded storytelling. Born to Japanese and Swedish heritage, he grew up between Stockholm and Los Angeles. Sebastian was a founding member of the alt-rock band Grizfolk in 2014, signed to Virgin Records. The band toured internationally and performed at venues including Red Rocks Amphitheatre and Radio City Music Hall, with appearances on Late Show with David Letterman and Conan O’Brien. After years on the road, he hung up his touring hat and shifted his focus toward scoring and composing music for picture, bringing the same instinct for emotion, dynamics, and storytelling into his work for the screen. Sebastian has since composed music for award-winning advertising campaigns and collaborated with global brands across automotive, fashion, and lifestyle. While his work is centered largely around commercial scoring and sound design, he has increasingly focused on long-form storytelling, composing for documentary series film and television, including hit shows such as Netflix's "Full Swing," among others. His work blends melodic clarity with texture and restraint, always in service of story, tone, and character. When not scoring for film and television, Sebastian is also known as the founder and creative force behind Gozé, a premium lifestyle brand rooted in craft and storytelling. Through Gozé, he merges music, design, and narrative, creating one-of-one, hand-embroidered garments that treat clothing as a form of expression rather than product. Whether composing for screen or building something tactile and lasting, his work is guided by intention, restraint, and a deep respect for craft.
